Respondents in all WP.s Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire proceedings of the 3rd respondent in this order No.1188/SCS I(2)/2004, dated 25.08.2004 and quash the said proceedings and consequently direct the second respondent to approve the annual fee of Rs.83,125/-, Rs.1,06,600/- & Rs.99,300/- proposed by the petitioner.
