The petitioner is presently working as Assistant. The next avenue of promotion is to the post of Superintendent. According to the petitioner, his juniors were promoted by the third respondent. However, he was not considered for promotion. The petitioner submitted a representation on 20.11.2014 requesting the third respondent to consider him for promotion to the post of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Superintendent on par with his juniors. Since the said representation was not taken up for consideration, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.11.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
