ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 303(2), 326(a) of BNS Act, 2023, Sec.21(1) of M.M.(D&R) Act, in Crime No.349 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the first petitioner has got four previous cases and the second petitioner has got seven previous cases, which clearly demonstrates that as and when the petitioners were enlarged on anticipatory bail, they have misused the liberty granted by this Court and therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioners do not deserve anticipatory bail.
