A.No.5039 of 2022 A.Nos.9654 & 9655 of 2019 in C.S.No.502 of 2008 G. CHANDRASEKHARAN. J., A.No.9654 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 434 days in filling the application to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first applicant in A.No.505 of 2015 in C.S.No.502 of 2008. 2.A.No.9655 of 2019 & A.No.9656 of 2019 are filed to set aside the abatement and for bringing on record the second, third and fourth applicants as legal representatives of deceased first applicant in C.S.No.502 of 2008 and connected application in A.No.505 of 2015. These applications are pending from 2019. So far, respondents have not filed any counter.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also the fact that the impleadment of these applicants is necessary for proceeding further with the application No.505 of 2015, all these applications are allowed. Applicant in A.No.505 of 2015 is directed to take appropriate steps for amending the application No.505 of 2015. 4.Post the matter after two weeks.
