This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, seeking extension of time for the arbitrator to pronounce the arbitral award. Ms.Priyadharshini P. representing M/s.Ramasubramaniam and Associates, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the respondent. On the last hearing date, the learned counsel for the respondent sought time to get instructions. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit on instructions that the respondent has got no objection for allowing this application.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application since sufficient cause has been shown for seeking extension of time.
