ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1) (aaa), 4(1A) (ii) of TNP Act, r/w 6, 7 TNRS Rules, 2000 and 120(B) of IPC, in Crime No.222 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 120 liters of ID Arrack. Hence, a case was registered against the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he sought for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner was found in possession of 120 litres of ID Arrack. He would also submit that there are totally three previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are three previous cases pending against her, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
