This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent-police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry in Cr.No.36 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor [Puducherry] appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor [Puducherry] submitted that the petitioner is an Auditor of the accused and that the police had called him to furnish certain information. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
