ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif, Palladam to dispose the E.P.No.4 of 2008 in O.S.No.54 of 1993 filed on 08.10.2007, as expeditiously as possible. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the execution petition is disposed of by the Court below on 22.12.2020 itself and the revision petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. 3.

Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
