4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of the matter and taking into account the fact that a photocopy of the aforementioned order has been filed, the reason given i.e., the petitioner / appellant was served only with the copy of the judgment is accepted.

5. Sequitur is, the captioned Crl MP is ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
