Heard Mr. R.Diwakaran, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.T.Varadarajulu, Learned Counsel for the First Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Learned Counsel for both sides submit that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and joint compromise memo dated 12.07.2022 has been filed in which it has been agreed that the sum of Rs. 45,000/- deposited by the Petitioner before the

Second Respondent as condition for grant of interim stay of the impugned order may be paid to the First Respondent in full satisfaction of the claim, which is placed on record. In view of the same, the First Respondent may make necessary application for withdrawing the said amount before the Second Respondent. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
