The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 430, 379 of IPC in Crime No.535 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the the petitioner is alleged to have transported 1/4 unit of sand illegally. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner transported 1/4 unit of sand illegally in a bullock cart. He further submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeter and there are four previous cases pending against him. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
