This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the petition to set aside the order of dismissal dated 13.02.2025 in CRP No.3028 of 2024.

2. Mr.M.V.Seshachari, learned counsel entered appearance for the respondent expressed that he has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 10 days is condoned.
