By order dated 10.06.2022, an ad interim injunction was granted in the original applications and notice was issued to the respondents. Pursuant thereto, the applicant filed an affidavit of service dated 20.06.2022 by enclosing the postal track consignment report, which discloses that notice was served on the respondent on 13.06.2022. In spite of service of notice, there is no representation for the respondent. In view thereof and on examining the registered word and device mark of the plaintiff vis-a-vis the impugned mark of the respondent, the interim order granted on 10.06.2022 is made absolute and O.A.Nos.302 and 303 of 2022 stand disposed of.

2. In the suit, the bailiff has filed a report indicating that summons to the defendant was duly served on 20.06.2022. The Registry is directed to print the name of the defendant in the cause list for the next hearing date, since there is no representation for the defendant in spite of service of suit summons. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
