Prayer:Civil Revision Petition is filed under under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order dated 28.01.2019, made in I.A.No.748 of 2018 in O.S.No.95 of 2013 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Tambaram.

ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.748 of 2018 in O.S.No.95 of 2013 by learned District Munsif, Tambaram, which is an application filed for a re-issue of warrant to the Advocate Commissioner to inspect Plot Nos.110 and 104 to refresh his memory and to file a detailed report with regard to the physical features of all the three plots.

2.The learned District Munsif, Tambaram, has observed in his order that the Advocate commissioner who has been examined as C.W.1, had no loss of memory in so far as physical features are concerned and therefore, there was no necessity for re-issue of warrant and has dismissed the said application. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
