Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the two orders passed by the 2nd respondent dated 17/04/2021 in Roc.No.5633/A/2019 and in Roc.No.4144/A/2021 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to restore the petitioner's rank, post, grade, scale of pay and basic pay with all consequential benefits.
