This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8571 of 2022 by order dated 20.04.2022 that (a) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) with two sureties, where one shall be from the local surety and one shall be blood related surety, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for modification of the condition imposed by this Court, while granting bail to the petitioner who is alleged to have been involved for the offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C) & 29(1) of NDPS Act.

3. This Court finds that the petitioner hails from Andhra Pradesh and the condition imposed on him is necessary and proportionate with the gravity of the offence alleged. Hence, the petition for modification is dismissed.
