Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records culminated in the impugned order dated 30.09.2015 made in P.W.No.5 of 2012 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same as void abinitio and consequently remand back P.W.No.5 of 2012 to the 1st respondent for Denovo enquiry and pass order after deciding the validity of strike period between 01.11.2011 to 21.11.2011 by the Industrial Tribunal. 3/6

When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasions i.e., 06.07.2023 and 11.07.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 12.07.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Even today, i.e.,12.07.2023, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
