This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to reinvestigate the petitioner's complaint in CSR.No.384 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner he was issued CSR.No.384 of 2019 and thereafter enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 25.10.2019.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, reinvestigation in the closure complaint cannot be ordered. However, petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the manner known to law, if so advised. Accordingly this criminal original petition is closed.
