This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by Devi, petition enquiry is pending.
4. It is seen that the matter essentially relates to a civil dispute. In view of the nature of the allegations, no positive direction can be issued and therefore, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy, in the manner known to law.
