The Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are therefore allowed and the learned Principal District Judge, Chennai is directed to dispose of the suit O.S.No.270 of 2012, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The amount that has now been deposited by the revision petitioner shall be re-deposited into an interest payment deposit with any nationalized Bank and shall wait ultimate result of the suit.
