This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to settle the petitioner's gratuity and all his terminal benefits.
2. No representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the terminal benefits of the petitioner has already been disbursed.
3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not available to offer his comments to the submission made by the learned earned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
