ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, despite the genuine and continuous efforts, he was not able to get instructions from the petitioner.
2. In view of the above submission, it is evident that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the case further. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
