This application has been filed to implead the proposed parties/ respondents 10 to 15 as parties in the above captioned suit.

2. Mr.S.A.Anban Bharathy, learned counsel for respondents 3 & 5 and Mr.S.S.Raghavan, learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted in unison that they have no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsels appearing for the respective respondents have no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the application is ordered as prayed for. Necessary amendments shall be carried out on or before 13.06.2025.
