ORDER

The petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the Appeal dated 10.10.2024 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a time period.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they has not received any appeal for their consideration.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to file a fresh appeal and on the receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the appeal.
