This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 376 days in filing the above appeal.

2. It is reported that the first respondent had died. Though notice has been served on other respondents and their names have been printed in the cause list, they have not appeared before this Court either in person or through an Advocate.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
