All that the learned II Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai has done is directing the petitioner to furnish security. If the petitioner feels that there is no prima facie case for the petitioner to furnish security, it is always open to the petitioner to file an application invoking 1/3

the catch all provision under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and state that the order directing her to furnish security is not maintainable.

2. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed giving aforesaid liberty to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
