ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2017 on the basis of the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 24.01.2018 and 24.11.2018.

2. Aggrieved by the issuance of patta in favour of the third respondent, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent to cancel the patta. On receipt of the same, the first respondent issued summons on 24.11.2018 for enquiry. Thereafter, the first respondent did not complete the said enquiry and it is pending.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, on the said appeal and after issuance of notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 5 and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, he shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
