Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for R2 and Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for R1 & R3. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ petition is taken up for disposal, even at the stage of admission.
2. This writ petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2023, in the light of collector's order dated September 2017, followed by communication dated 08.09.2021 of the collector and Siruvadi Panchayat's letter dated 23.08.2021, for opening of TASMAC shop No.11411 at the petitioner's premises in Murukkeri village.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already the District Collector, Villupuram District vide Na.Ka.L1/8341/2017 granted permission to the petitioner to establish TASMAC Shop in the petitioner's land in 2017. However, for the past 5 years the shop was not opened due to public objection. Hence, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 30.03.2023 to Pg.No.2 of 4
the 3rd respondent to implement the order passed by the District Collector, Villupuram for opening the TASMAC shop in the petitioner's land. However, the same was not considered till date. Hence, the present Writ petition is filed.
4. Heard both sides and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and there being no objection expressed by the learned Government Advocate and learned Standing Counsel to the suggestion of this Court, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of four (4) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
