ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first to third respondents to provide adequate police protection for the safety, security and protection to the lives and property of the petitioner and their vendors, general public, management officials, staffs and other workers from the illegal acts of the delinquent members of the fourth respondent union, their henchman, supporters.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, since the period of Police Protection has been expired.
