This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that on a complaint given by one Mrs.B.Priya, the erstwhile partner of the petitioner at POSH Lifestyle Fitness Studio, the police has called the petitioner for enquiry. Considering it as a harassment, the present petition is filed, seeking protection from the police.

3. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that C.S.R.No.94 of 2024 has been registered on the complaint given by the petitioner herein, and the fact that it is a civil dispute and suit is already pending will be taken note of and appropriate report will be filed after the investigation.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to conduct the enquiry which is apparently seen as a civil dispute and complete the same within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
