ORDER
The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The marriage between them was solemnised on 23.06.2016 at Thiruvannamalai as per Hindu Rites and Customs. The petitioner states that the respondent lived a wayward life and he has not shown any interest whatsoever in the family life. After two months from the date of marriage, he quarrelled with her and left the matrimonial home. Thereafter, to the shock and surprise of the petitioner, she received a notice from the Subordinate Court, Tindivanam, in HMOP No.131 of 2016 praying for decree of judicial separation and also dissolution of marriage, by the respondent.
2.According to the petitioner, she is residing in Singarapettai, Krishnagiri District and the Sub-Court, Tindivanam is 125 Kms away from her residence. It is also stated that she is living with her parents and she is not having any independent source of income to meet out the dayto-day expenses. She further states that she is living with her aged mother at Singarapettai and it is very difficult for her to travel from Singarapettai to Tindivanam for each and every hearing. Stating so, this Tr.CMP has been filed. 3.When this Tr.CMP was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent have submitted that the petitioner and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent have no objection to transfer the petition in HMOP No.131 of 2016 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Tindivanam to the file of the Sub-Court, Thiruvannamalai and also made endorsement to that effect.
4.Recording the above endorsement, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam is directed to transfer the petition in HMOP No.131 of 2016 pending on his file to the file of the Sub-Court, Thiruvannamalai, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Tr.CMP is disposed of accordingly.
