c] To pay the costs of the suit.

J U D G M E N T

This suit has been filed to direct the defendant to pay a sum of Rs.2,01,19,297/- along with future interest at a rate of 24% per annum on the principal sum of Rs.1,98,45,479/- from the date of plaint till the date of realization and for costs.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the plaintiffs and the defendant submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court and the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Accordingly, this suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. The 2/4

registry is directed to refund the Court Fee as per Law to the plaintiffs. 11.03.2024 vrc 3/4
