This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report a case in Crime No.597 of 2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent/police to complete the investigation in Crime No.597 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
