ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) None appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. The writ petition has been filed alleging encroachment of the agricultural land which is not said to be a Government land and thereby, there seems to be a private dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. Private disputes cannot be adjudicated in public interest litigation. Rather, for that, public interest litigation is not even maintainable.
3. In view of the above, without referring the matter to the next date of hearing on account of the absence of the counsel for the petitioner, we are dismissing the writ petition finding it to be not maintainable. There will be no order as to costs.
