O R D E R

(Judgment of Court was made by The Honourable The Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks to raise the issue of Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation seeking to set up a maritime museum near the shore temple in Mahabalipuram. Learned counsel sought to canvass that the same has the potentiality of inviting lightning, as it will be a huge piece of voluminous scrap being an old submarine. 2.On our query, whether the petitioner is a scientist or a specialist in the field, we are told that he has no special qualification and he is only a social worker. 3.We are of the view that the matter falls purely within the administrative domain and we cannot oblige the petitioner to put his name in tomorrow morning's newspapers.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
