ORDER
Vide order dated 02.03.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No.3998 of 2026 in Crl.A.No.246 of 2026, this Court had suspended the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner on certain conditions. Since the 1/4
name of the satisfaction court has been wrongly mentioned as the Judicial Magistrate, Mahila Court (FTC), Vellore, Vellore District in the petition filed seeking suspension of sentence instead of the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court (FTC), Vellore, Vellore District, the same got reflected in the order dated 02.03.2026 also. Hence, on the ground that the name of the satisfaction Court has been wrongly shown in the petition, which led to wrong mentioning of the name of the satisfaction court in the order dated 02.03.2026 and the same needs to be amended, since, the petitioner is not able to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court, this criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed.
2. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying this petition, this miscellaneous petition stands ordered.
3. Registry is directed to substitute the wrong name of the satisfaction court found in the order dated 02.03.2026 with the aforesaid correct name of the satisfaction court, viz., Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court (FTC), Vellore, Vellore District and issue fresh order copies to the learned counsel for the parties. 25.03.2026 skt Note to office: Issue order copy on 25.03.2026. 2/4
