(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of IPC read with Section 76(1) of Chit fund Act in Crime No.37 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
