2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also satisfied with the reasons assigned in the supporting affidavit, this CMP No.7536 of 2022, is allowed and Crl.O.P.No.17461 of 2017, is restored to file.

3. Registry is directed to make necessary entry in the register and post the Criminal Original Petition, for final disposal on 10.08.2022, along with connected Crl.O.P.No.28795 of 2017.
