2. The prayer of the petitioner, a senior citizen aged about 83 years, is for a mandamus directing R2/the Principal Secretary/Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts, to consider his representation dated 23.02.2021 in regard to medical reimbursements for treatment availed by him.

3. Bearing in mind the nature of the relief sought and the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen, let the representation dated 23.03.2021 be considered and disposed after hearing the petitioner through authorized representative, virtually, within a period of four weeks from today.

4. The mandamus sought for stands achieved and this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
