ORDER

Though the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 11.12.2015, now he restricted his prayer only to dispose of his representation dated 08.03.2016. 2.

This Court, considering the limited prayer now sought for by the petitioner, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.03.2016, after following the procedure contemplated under the relevant rules and after affording reasonable opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner if necessary, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
