.. Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the proceedings in the order of Dismissal dated 19.04.2018 of the 3rd respondent dismissing the petitioner from service and quash the same.

ORDER
Challenging the dismissal order passed by the Secretary, Thiruvalluvar Transport Corporation Employees' Co-operative Credit Society Limited, the present writ petition is filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. From a reading of the writ petition, this Court finds that the petitioner herein, who is Sub-staff in the third respondent Co-operative Society has been dismissed from service by the impugned order dated 19.04.2018. The impugned order indicates that the order of dismissal is by way of unanimous resolution by the Board of Management. The Cooperative Societies Act which governs the respondent / Society and the petitioner provides for dispute redressal between a paid servant of the Society and the Society. The third respondent/Society being a multi State Co-operative Society, the petitioner herein has to resort to Industrial Dispute Act as contemplated under Section 84 (1) of the Multi State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002 and seek appropriate remedy.
3. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of and if there is any time limit prescribed, the time taken by the petitioner to approach this Court shall be excluded. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
