This petition is filed to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the review petition as against the order passed in W.P.No.25922 of 2021 dated 25.01.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.On being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned. This petition is ordered accordingly.

4.The Registry is directed the number the review petition if it is otherwise in order and post the review petition on 20.06.2023.
