This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 17.08.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the counter petitioner borrowed Rs.20lakhs from the petitioner and does not return the amount.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued for registering a case and therefore, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
