PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent to de-freeze the petitioner's Company bank Current account bearing Account Number: 38919502565 in the name of M/s.Analog and Digital Labs India Pvt Limited, Page No.1/4
Branch at State Bank of India, VOC Park Branch, Coimbatore District and to permit the Petitioner to operate the petitioner company current account in relation to Crime No.54 of 2023 which were frozen by the 2nd respondent. ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that based on the complaint given by the impleaded 4th respondent, the bank account of the petitioner was freezed. Since the parties have settled the dispute amicably, seek direction of the second respondent police as well as third respondent Bank Manager to de- freeze the account.

A perusal of the record indicates that after registering the FIR in Crime No.54 of 20233 in the complaint given by the Director of M/s.Serba 2C India Private Limited, the Investigation Officer has requested the Bank Manager, SBI, VOC Park Town Branch, to freeze the account of the accused/the petitioner herein. If the parties have settled the dispute, the same may be reported to the Investigation officer who has taken up the investigation and on further recording the statements of the accused, the Investigation Officer shall issue appropriate instructions to the Bank for defreezing the account, if the Page No.2/4
same is not required for any other investigation. The said decision shall be made within a period 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
3. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
