(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to accept the cause title in the above writ appeal.

2. Heard M/s.S.Sree Lakshmi Valli, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. We perused the affidavit of the petitioner filed in support of this petition, wherein, it has been stated that though at the time of disposal of the writ petition on 17.02.2020, the petitioner was represented by its Chief Financial Officer, Mr.S.Ramaswamy, the said officer has retired now and the petitioner company, which has preferred the writ appeal, is now represented by its new Chief Financial Officer, Mr.Nilesh Kambli.
