This Application has been filed for confirmation of the public auction in respect of Sl.Nos.3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 15, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 30, 33, 34, 35, 36, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65 and 69, as indicated in the report filed by the AG&OT and to grant lease for 11 months for the Scheduled Properties to the highest bidders for the highest amount quoted by them respectively with direction to pay 3 months of security deposit and 7 months of caution deposit amount as rental advance within 15 days from the date of order and thereafter execute lease / rental agreement in their favor.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Administrator General and Official Trustee (AG & OT) has submitted that though public auctions were conducted for 71 properties, highest bids were received and accepted against the aforesaid properties numbering 23. Therefore, learned AG&OT has prayed for a direction to confirm the auction along with other prayers.
