The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent to consider the representation dated 29.10.2021 made by the 2nd Petitioner to delete the wrongful entry made in the "A" Registry in respect of the subject land.

2. M/s. Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents.

After the demise of her husband, said property was devolved upon the petitioner. In order to avail agricultural loan by mortgaging the said property, "A" Registry was verified, the petitioner came to know that there was a wrongful entry made in the "A" Registry classifying the "Ayan-Punjai" land as "Panchami".
