ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the official respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 03.02.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the respondents 6 and 7 and to restore the patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property. 2.
Heard Mr.R.Narendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and
Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4. 3.
It is seen from records that the petitioner had given a representation during the grievance day before the District Collector and the same has been forwarded to the 3 rd respondent. Since the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of patta that stands in the name of respondents 6 and 7, it will be more appropriate to give a direction to the 2 nd respondent to deal with the grievance expressed by the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 2 nd respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order. The 2 nd respondent on receipt of the same shall conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity to respondents 6 and 7 and final orders shall be passed within a period of tweleve weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh representation from the petitioner.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
