CRP. No. 1433 of 2013 Civil Revision Petition filed under section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings Lease & Rent Control Act, 1960 as against the Judgment and Decreetal order passed by the learned VII Small Causes Judge at Chennai in R.C.A. No. 123/2011 by order dated 10.10.2012 reversing the Judgment and Decreetal order passed in RCOP No. 769/2008 by the learned XI Small Cause Court at Chennai, dated 03.02.2011.

CRP. No. 1434 of 2013 Civil Revision Petition filed under section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings Lease & Rent Control Act, 1960 as against the Judgment and Decreetal order passed by the learned VII Small Causes Judge at Chennai in R.C.A. No. 331/2011 by order dated 10.10.2012 confirming the Judgment and Decreetal order passed in RCOP No. 1045 /2008 by the learned XI Small Cause Court at Chennai.
