This petition has been preferred by the petitioner to implead the Block Development Officer, Thirukazhukundram, Kancheepuram District, as the tenth respondent in the writ petition.

Mr.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate states that he has no objection for impleading the Block Development Officer, Thirukazhukundram, Kancheepuram District as the tenth respondent in the writ petition.

In view of the above, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
